Katie Forrest

Katie was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She enjoys playing tennis, camping with her husband and friends, and cuddling with her hound dog, Oscar. Katie currently lives with her husband in Belgrade, Montana.

Mary Jo Lanpher

Mary Jo was born and raised in Upstate New York. She moved to Northwest Florida after graduating high school, where later, she met her husband. She graduated from Miller-Motte Business College in Clarksville, TN with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Certified Medical Assisting. She and her family moved to Montana in August 2005 from Vilseck, Germany after her husband's 1 year tour in Iraq. She and her family currently live in Belgrade, Montana.

Jennifer Flinn
Professional Massage Therapist

Jennifer is am AMTA professional massage therapist, and certified by the National Certification board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She specializes in pregnancy and postpartum massage, reflexology, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage and injury rehabilitation.
