Manhattan, Montana, USA – Chiropractors are fully-qualified health care practitioners capable of performing sports physicals for children participating in grade school athletics. Every summer, Pro Chiropractic practice members donate their time to ensure that Manhattan High School parents have a convenient and affordable opportunity to get their kids a sports physical. Not only are the examinations performed at the high school for an affordable price, but all the proceeds are donated back to the school. This tradition has helped the school purchase new gear and equipment each year.
“Giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do here at Pro Chiropractic.”
This month the doctors and staff at Pro Chiropractic also donated their time and skill set to care for those who ran in the annual Sweet Pea 5k and 10K. Muscle work, taping, and other post-exercise manual therapies were performed on the participants free of charge.
The Sweet Pea race proceeds are donated to Cancer Community Support Montana and helps to provide scholarships for youth in the area. Dr. Jon Wilhelm, owner of Pro Chiropractic, understands the importance of giving back to his community. He is often quoted saying, “Giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do here at Pro Chiropractic.” This is a perfect event for Dr. Jon and his team to serve the Bozeman community.
