Have you heard of what the Pro Chiropractic team has been up to lately? Dr. Jon Wilhelm, his associates and staff have been volunteering their time to serve the local community. With supporting and caring for the local community being a core value of Pro Chiropractic, they have recently participated in two community events. Pro Chiropractic provided care at the Sweet Pea Race and delivered sport physical examinations for the Manhattan School system. It’s clear that Pro Chiropractic’s volunteer efforts within the community is at the heart of what they do.
Sweet Pea Race
The Sweet Pea Race consisted of a 5K and 10K benefiting organizations for cancer community support and raising scholarship funds for youth. The Pro Chiropractic team provided complimentary post run care to the race participants. Care consisted of a combination of muscle recovery work and joint rehabilitation.
Physical Exams for Manhattan School System:
Pro Chiropractic also recently volunteered at the Manhattan school system. The team tackled providing sport physical examinations to 79 kids of the local community. This enables the kids of Manhattan to easily get prepared for the upcoming sports season. Dr. Jon and his team have been providing these sports physicals yearly, for the past six years. Every year Pro Chiropractic donates all the proceeds back to the Manhattan athletic program. This donation helps the Manhattan athletic program purchase new gear, equipment and helps to keep the program up and running. The team at Pro Chiropractic continually serves the local community!
